i have no bank account and it is really hard for me to pay my bills....i am unemployed due to an accident this past year...i am 18 years old and i am bipolar,scitzo, and adhd....i have recent hospital bills and i dont have enough money for insurance...my family will not help....will you?

Run to the welfare office near you. They are with unemployment office in most cases. In your telephone book, call them. If they refuse take a lawyer.
They will put you on assistance program, you tell them your story, they would supply a lawyer to deal with this hospital( you need legal aid also), get well and in future do not let any one bed mouth the welfare system or the people on it.

Go to the public aide office. Also the hospital billing office can help you. Also the county health department.

Sorry, I can't help. But you could probably file for disability. And since you are so young many states would also pay for you to go to college. That's what they did for my sister, her college was paid for and any health costs were covered. Look into it, in our state it's called the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation that helps people out, my sister was helped out because of severe depression.
