boys have an unfair advantage in strength/speed (when puberty starts), it makes the games more competitive if the sexes are separated.

Guys tend to be stronger and faster than girls. Also girls have different anatomy than guys and can, depending on the sport get "accidentally" touched or grabbed by guys. If there is a team of all guys and a girl wants to play on it i would say no because it is a guys league. If a guy wanted to play in a girls league would he be allowed to?

Not trying to be sexist or anything but i find guys are just more physical than girls. Not to mention that if the girls would won't to hit the net would have to be lowered making it even easier for guys to put the ball away and probably in someones face. I've played in co-ed 4-s in beach tournaments and its not really satisfying to through the ball off some girls face as it would be some guy. Trust me I know. But I have defiantly played with girls that can handle anything any guy can through at them its just a matter of if they could throw it back.

If you've ever seen a girls' volleyball game and a boys', you'll understand. Girls play differently, I think, and boys do a lot harder of spikes/serves that maybe girls couldn't compete with. Because yes, ladies, it's horrible and racist but it's true; guys are just physically stronger then girls; at least the athletic type. I sure wouldn't want to compete with a guys' team.

They should, the whole concept of separate sex sports is discriminatory and legally unjustifiable. Women would find themselves getting better and being properly challenged playing w. men. The question of pay would be fairly decided by talent, eg. the top woman seed in tennis would be outside the top 100 players and therefore receive the correct level of pay instead of the current wholly unjustifiable women only pay scales and a lobby that actually argues for parity of pay w. players of the opposite sex that they could never begin to compete with.

I do play volleyball with men...no one told me I couldn't. We play leagues, tournaments, and even just for fun. You can play with whomever you want.
If you are talking specifically about competitions, it's just like any sport. Men compete with the men, and Women compete with women. It's just how it is. It has nothing to do with strength, ability, or skill. Just gender. sorry guys.
Regardless of preference, there are still only 2 sexes. So, it won't change anytime soon.

guys would have to tone down their game, what if a girls gets fouled hard in a contact sport? the crowd would not understand, but in volley-ball they tried it once in the late 70´s it worked for a while but the league folded anyway.
