For me it depends what ride my "child" (i'm only 13) would be on: If a small one that didn't even go fast then take 'em off b4 you get embarassed. Yes, I mean you. That would be sorta embarassing if my kid was on a dinky ride that wasn't fast enough to make you puke but they did anyway. Ye--no!
But, if it was something like a roller coaster, or something that does spin fast and what not, don't take 'em off, cuz it's a ride...I'm pretty sure a bunch of kids have puked on 'em. the cleaning people will clean it up. I mean come...on! that's their job.
Just let 'em puke!

Why all the questions about children vomiting or peeing while on a car ride? That's all your questions have been about. Have some weird fetish about it or what?

Not allow them to go on the ride.

By all means let them! That is a natural body reflex that should not be stopped. To have them hold it back could allow them to aspirate it (meaning suck it into their lungs) and cause even more damage then soiled clothes and a little embarrassment. If it happens, then you have a story to embarrass them with when they are older!

Be alittle embarrassed but hey its natural. Some people or kids just can't handle the movement. Oh well you'll never see those people again and as I always say "job security".

Car ride??? If so if you can pull over safely then do it.
Amusement ride??? Heck where it goes it goes. You can't do much about it.
