Its more effective AFTER. Pretend your body is a T-shirt. Its alot easier and effective to stretch the T-shirt when its wet. Then it is when its dry. Your muscles need to be stretched after you are all done. this will increase the size of the muscles also. You can warm up for 5 min before, but After is more important

do merely it after. cardio till now can surely make your overall performance worse on account which you're utilising potential on working, walking, cycling, etc. I continuously do my cardio after weight lifting.

you burn more "Fat" calories if you do your cardio after your workout....so it is more effective after....good luck... ;)
