i cannot drive, i've never had a license and i am unable to drive. I'm 26 years old and when i was 5 old i got meningitis and i have some problems with coordination because of that, which is why i am unable to drive and learning how is not an option for me. i also lost alot of hearing from it and i am completely deaf without my hearing aid, however i can hear fine as long as i have it in and since i didn't lose any hearing until i was 5 my speech is normal. but i'm afraid that the fact i'm unable to drive would put alot of women off and i'm always very nervous about telling this to someone i'm attracted to. so do you think most women would be bothered by this? i know no decent woman would be, but there are alot of shallow women out there, just like there are alot of shallow men. so what do you think? serious answers only, please, i really need advice on how to deal with this.

Honestly; given the circumstances I don't think you being unable to drive should be an issue for *most* women. Unfortunately you are correct; there are shallow women out there who see a man's ability to drive as a status symbol. You don't want to date any of these women anyway.
For any woman who truly cares about you for you, it won't be an issue. For any woman who is bothered by this, they aren't worth your time anyway.
Good luck!

Yeah i have a boyfriend but if he couldn't drive i would love him the same way. I can't drive because i've been in three accidentts 'n i'm too scarred but i think in your case any girl should understand. Don't feel bad look it's better to tell a girl cus you'll find our right away how they really feel for you if they really like or love you or if they're jus b****** so yeah of course if they are it's better for you that way you won't deal with b.s but don't be afraid.

I wouldn't mind having a husband who couldn't drive especially because you actually have a real reason, it's not just laziness or anything of that matter.
To me, it's more men that stereotype drivers. A lot of men think women should be in the passenger side, but I enjoy driving and me and my fiance switch it up.

Well unless you describe exactly why you can't drive, just like you did for us, then yes a women will look down on it. If you describe the situation, then the right women will understand and love you no matter what.

I realize of a man who flew his Russian spouse right here. and her loved ones. Spent 7 years married at the same time she cheated on him. To this present day she pulles his strings and pushes his buttons. I do not get it. Another man spent $five,000 on a travel to Russia, he were speakme every day to a lady and so they fell in love (ugh) When he met her she used to be a bossy ***** and NO romance permit on my own intercourse. He switched lodges to flee her. He spent 2 weeks hidding from her in Russia. Then whilst he acquired house, she phoned him and requested him to mail her cash so she would transfer to California. Broke his middle and his pocket publication. Warning to all men........persist with nearby gals.

It really wouldn't bother me, its not like its the be all and end all of everything. We got around before cars were invented and I'm pretty sure we can still get around without them if we wanted to.
