Is the fact that we(humans) can change the atmosphere and cause such things as global warming evidence that we,one day, will be able to manipulate the earth's climate?

We have not changed anything . The environmentalist want u to think that the CO2 has increased by 30% wrong,go measure it. then where did it go I know we have burned enough to do that. Well there is another part that they haven't considered and that is the green plants take in CO2 and put out oxygen. actually I have worked with gases over 30 years and the last 15 i wore gas sensors and all i have Sean was 1 or 2 ppm.

We already have, but not in a good way. Science fiction always precedes science fact.
