So the story is, awhile ago my mother was supposed to receive a promotion that as her boss has told her. So she had a meeting the last time and she said it went good.
Then today she calls me and tells me she didn't receive, I asked her why. And she said because they told her "She wans't ready". Then she goes on about it must be because she's Asian and not Caucasian blah blah.. and how everyone that has been promoted above her is Caucasian- which I cannot prove or know anything about.

So I ask her there must have been more to it then just them saying she wasn't ready, and she just went on about how they were prejudice towards her just because she's Asian.

Now I do know, she's work very hard there and only had 3 sick days, usually from 4 to 12 a.m.

Lastly, I ask you... do you think it was really a prejudice move or just an honest answer based on her job/related matters.

Thanks. :)

Here we go. People blaming white people for their failures. You love to hold on to that crutch don't you? Too bad, I'm not going to be a victim of "White Guilt" Here's an idea: Got a problem????? GO TO ASIA!!!!!!

To honestly answer this question, a lot more
information needs to be given, how long did she
work there, what is her experience, did he tell
her when he would promote her, did the other
one that got the promotion , was she in the
same type of position that you mother was in,
so in fairness answering this question it can
not be answered as too many details are left
out . SORRY.....
