I have excersing about thirty minutes a day lately because I hurt leg and haven't been able to play sports. I usually excersise 30 minutes about 5 days a week. I heard that you should excersis less than that, and I was wondering ifdoing that was healthy. My mom thinks I excerisi too much, but I dont think that thats much at all.

it never bad to exercise. You can exercise as long you want!!! I go for an hour walk daily and it don't bother me.

No its completely fine to me 30 minutes. But if you have a hurt leg you shouldn't do any more activities so it could get better.

To tell u the truth when i go to the gym, im there 2 hours. Whether its playin ball or workin out.

30 min a day is not at all excessive, i think the fda just recommended 45 min a day
