yeah so if anyone knows how to fix this situation please let me know ASAP!!

I'm sorry, you will probably have to start over. This is a candy that must be cooked to the soft-ball stage and instantly cooled. Something just went wrong. This is such a simple combination of ingredients, it would probably be disaster to add anything even if there is a good answer.

If you like the flavor, find a recipe with the same proportions of sugars and creme, but with instructions that include using a candy thermometer. Precision can have its place, particularly if you are a novice.

If the caramel tastes good but is runny, perhaps use it as a dessert sauce?

Good luck. Wish I had a recipe for you, I've just made similar confections and know that incorrect use of heat can mean runny (or on the opposite side, sugary/grainy) confections.
