Chihuahua puppis will only eat a few pieces of kibble at that age..Depending on what her size is, you can put a little warm water over 3-5 pieces of kibble. and offer this amount 4 times per day..
You can also offer her puppy formula to drink warm, as well as water..I used to breed Chihuahuas..

It's good that she is playful. Some things that discourage a dog from eating is if their teeth are too small and the kibble is too big or if you are making a mush, if it sits out too long a puppy might not want to eat it. Some dog foods have a very small kibble for puppies, like Royal Canin. OR you can get an other quality puppy food and mix it with some canned. If you add any liquid, you might want to get some Esbilac or Just Born to mix into it. These are puppy formulas for nursing puppies. Though your dog is not nursing, she really was a bit young to be weaned, especially for a tiny breed.
You didn't mention how much she is actually eating and since she is a tiny breed she may be eating more than you realize. Little puppies can go down pretty quickly if they are not getting what they need. You may want to get some "Just Born" and bottle feed her (if she doesn't seem to be lapping it from a bowl) a few times just to be sure she is getting enough until you can get her in for a Vet check.

It's normal for dogs not to want to eat when they are in a new environment due to anxiety. I got a Jack Russell puppy a year ago and he did exactly the same thing. I had him for almost two weeks before he settled in and started eating properly, now he eats everything in sight. Try and give her a bit of chicken mince, that's what the vet told me to do when I had the problem.

Okay, first of all how about only putting out a little bit of food at a time and telling everyone else in the house that YOU need to be the only one that feeds her --until you figure out this problem
and about the other part of your question the sleeping............she's a PUPPY, just like a NEWBORN baby.....they sleep alot.........that's what they do!
