Filet Mignon made from Angus Beef cooked medium-rare, boiled artichokes with lots of lemon butter, a side of fried morel mushrooms, real Italian bread basted in garlic butter, a bowl of white cheese curds (not fried), two slices of chocolate creme pie, and a quart of Samuel Adams Winter Lager after I finish the meal to wash it all down (otherwise, I might deaden some of my taste buds during the meal and not be able to enjoy it thoroughly).

Delicious fresh, hot-out-of-the-oven bread served with European-type butter. Corn on the cob, cooked right after it's picked from the stalk, slathered with butter and sprinkled lightly with sea salt. Brown-sugar glazed carrots, fresh and still slightly crisp. Roasted new baby potatoes, crisp and brown on the outside and melting soft on the inside. A petite filet mignon, medium rare, wrapped in bacon.

Selection of fresh fruit for dessert: nectarines, peaches, plums and cherries; and some sweet, golden, juicy ripe pineapple slices.

Washed down with iced tea and milk. And followed up with See's milk chocolate vanilla buttercream candies.
