Yeah, sometimes if I find someone really obnoxious I thumb down a few of their questions/answers, but usually they're pretty bad anyway.

No, I don't dislike anyone, because I don't know anyone. I give the thumbs up if I really like and agree with the answer I've given a few thumbs down if I totally disagree with the answer.

well there are these 3 members here on Yahoo answers and all they do is all each other a "pony" when they meant to write "phony". I thought it was a typo at first and didn't think much of it. The more and more i explored through Yahoo answers i saw more post and they keep saying "your such a pony" to another member they dislike. It got on my nerve. They'd use profanity and everything.
I didn't even answer their question. I basically bashed them asking them how OLD they were and then i gave them the dictionary term to PONY aswell as PHONY and gave them the link to dictionary.com and told them to grow up. They gave me a BUNCH of thumbs down. (lol) I think i got a total of 3 or 4 last i saw it. The questin was deleted cause i reported them for their profanity and adult language.
I haven't heard or seen any "pony" text from them again;)

I've not learned who any of these people are, so I wouldn't be able to thumbs down because of not liking them. I thumbs down stupid answers and stupid questions.
