well, that depends on
a) how small they are
and
b) whether the other party to the deal has a problem with small ones
but if they are big enough to see and lick and what-have-you then I suspect they will be just fine.
But since what you have is what Mother Nature gave you, they can't be exchanged or enlarged so it's far better to make sure you are healthy and clean and all that an djust let them dangle as they will. And if anyone refuses to deal with you because they want bigger ones, then they are too shallow to be worth having in the first place.
