If you're looking for economical but still decent quality I'd go to the Dollar Giant or Dollarama (its the dollar store with the green and yellow sign). They have all kinds of toys and party supplies and they even sometimes have the name-brand stuff like Sponge Bob and Strawberry Shortcake, and everything is a dollar.
