Unless you have a lot of experience in buying and selling used cars, you are not going to be able to get such a job. I am in the business and I see people all the time at the auctions who do not really know what they are doing, and 90% of the time they either pay way too much for the car, or buy a problem vehicle.

If you have the experience, the best thing to do is get a wholesale license, and develop a relationship with several different dealers. You can buy some of their trades, and if you see something at an auction that they may want, you can call and describe it to them.

You get them to agree to buy it for a certain amount, and then you buy it and sell it to them!
