I don't want to sound bad, but generally when someone says they want a break they're actually just breaking up with the person. I've never know anyone to get back together after having a "break"
So just do yourself a favor and stay with him or break up with him. None of that in between, confusing stuff.

Its better to just end the relationship now rather then agreeing to a break. Thats just a waste of time. If its not working out now it definitely wont after the break. You guys should part your seperate ways. Good luck!
