Well, if she hasn't moved very far, why don't you call your first love on the phone and also hangout other places besides school. Just because you two go to different schools doesn't mean you can't hang out or be together. The two of you can go to the mall, movies, ice skating, parties & dances, and just hang out at eachothers houses.
If she lives far, it may be best to just keep a friendship with her. Try and contact her through phone/computer. If you're unable to contact her at all, then she just becomes a part of the past and eventually, with time, you will move on. Until then, give yourself time for the healing process.

Well I don't think your obsessed, but I am not sure your in love. You may just be infatuated which is totally normal during your teen years. I was in love with this guy for a long time and I was always thinking about him and talking about him too! My family told me the same thing your family is telling you but me and you both know its something differen. you cant help it. Well my only advice is to pursuit it! Get her number and call her! Dont be a dummy like me and wait until its too late. If your scared of rejection your just going to have to put those fears behind you because life is way too short. If she turns you down you can start attempting to move on and find someone else and if she likes you as much as you like her then you can move forward with the relationship. Right now its stuck so get it moving!

Hunny, it isn't love--you are too young, it is infatuation and you will get over it

Sometimes focusing on other interests helps (sports, hobbies, etc.)
