I'm not over weigt, but i am not one of those people who's stomak digests more faster, so they dont gain any weight. But if i eat alot, which i love to do, then i know i will turn out enourmous! Help me by giving me tips on how to stay healty

Keep moving if you can't stay away from food.
Food is made as a fuel for our body and mind so you have to use the fuel you take.

You can start eating more healthy food and you can find lots of site on the Internet which can tell you what to eat.

yeah well i can start write you a diet and all that sort of things here on yahoo, but it is better to find this for yourself.
Try working out and maybe there is a gym in your town which can tell you all about it.

I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. Water, lots and lots of water, protein (Not whey protein) helps lose weight if taken with exercises. Also it depends on what kind of food you feast on. I think that cardo, like walking and running, helps tremendously when dieting, or just for normal health.

get organic coconut oil (extra virgin) apple cider vinigar work out at least every other day for an hour and take the stuff i told u about two tablespoons a day of each

im like the exact oppisite as you im trying to gain weight but cant! and that wichdoctor is mean! your probably really skinny and just think your fat!

Try moderate portions. The stomach doesn't feel full at first. It takes a few minutes.

u should exercise duh and eat healthy i no its the usual but it helps
