Hello everyone, I am 21 years old and have always been in great shape. I eat right exercise drink lots of water and I am also a body builder. I dont take drugs, supplements or drink alcohol which is a very hard thing to do when you just turned 21. Since I dont take body enhancements or supplements it's hard to stay bulky and lean without eating high levels of protein. In order to stay at my best I have to sometimes go 6 months eating nothing but protein and no carbs or at least low carbs. I'm worried about my arteries getting clogged, what should I do?
