The world's first self-proclaimed atheist governments, made the 20th century the bloodiest and most brutal century in human history. An estimated 25 million people were murdered by the atheist government of Chairman Mao in China, approx 8 million were slaughtered in Stalin's atheist Soviet Union, not to mention the millions slaughtered in the other atheist states, such as the atheist Pol Pot's Cambodia etc. etc.
Now we have the abortion mills founded by atheist beliefs where millions of babies are heartlessly slaughtered,
By their fruits ye shall know them.

No, because atheism is not a religion. To be an atheist means to not be a theist. That's not much to found a hospital on.
Humanitarianism is a wholly different matter.

Why would there be any type of institution founded upon non-belief in a God? Atheists have no reason to organize and establish buildings to flout their non-belief. It serves no purpose.

Hospitals, schools and economic development occurs for everyone, not just the religious. And just a shock, it's science that makes it all possible.

Probably not as one of the things we dont like about religion is its ability to take money out of your wallet. Many atheists give to charitable causes but not on a tithing basis and building big buildings to "advertise " our cause is not our way.
