Ok so I like this guy and he is kind of hard to read. I think he likes me but I can't tell. He looks at me alot, and tries to make me smile, tells jokes, sticks up for me, makes fun of his friends in front of me, smiles at me, teases me, conforts me, shows off in front of me, tries to get closer to me...but he also ignores me sometimes, he might like my friend, he doesn't talk to me that much, doesn't say hi, we haven't known each other for that long...maybe four months, and we don't spend any alone time together. Please help me.

He teases me in nice ways, not mean. And he doesn't really make fun of his friends, he jokes about them when I am near, but they are too...this is hard to explain. I don't want to be to straight forward because I haven't known him for that long and he might think I am a freak, lol.

Is your friend also around when he flirts?
Because he is deffinatly flirting wqith somone... he just is probably shy. because you dont know each other that well.
If he isnt talking then talk to him. talk to him about eveyrthing you can think of
Likes/dislikes.... the works.

I'm having the exact same problem, it's really difficult to understand. I really like him, and he's always staring at me and everything and either he's smiling or making someone else smile. I've only known him for three and a half months. If he teases you, make sure it's not saying something really bad. It can be good or bad. Just ask his friends that you can rely on if he likes you or, just ask him yourself. I know, it's hard. Good Luck! ( and may I remind you, if he doesn't like you, he doesn't deserve you:)

You must be very young. If he's making fun of his friends odds are he's making fun of you to them. Look elsewhere for a boyfriend. Those are not the type you need.

How does he act toward your friend? Does he spend time with her? The way he's acting does show possible interest in you, but you need to talk to him to find out.

I think you should ask his nice friends or friend that keep a secret who he likes or whatever you want to know about him.and belive it or not im only eleven years old but for real 10 grade boys and girls ask me for advice so just try it.

help you what ?if the guy likes you then he should say so,there's no reason for you to have to guess.don't get involved with a guy who can't express his wants because in a relationship he will be non communitive and you will have problems.

here's what i do: see if has has a gf,see if he talks to you within one week, on the third day, try to talk with him. start a con versation, at least!

i think he does but doesn't want you to know it because he's afraid you'll turn him down. try to be a friend be fore a girlfriend.
