Seriously, a search for "Vegetarian Christmas" or "Vegetarian Thanksgiving" shows lots of hits.

There's a new turkey out that doesnt have real turkey in it but instead has rubber turkies. Eat that. For a substitute of ham, use possum.

Just kidding. But seriously, you can eat nearly everything on a typical thanksgiving spread other than the bird.

Wild and long grain rice, stuffed mushrooms (with paremeson cheese), vegetarian lasagna, butternut squash, and honey wheat rolls or bread.

There are tons of good recipes. We have learned to shop for non gelatine items. It gets easier.

Cook what they like and what you like but mix it all together like you put in half of what you like and half of what they all like. So if they dont eat everything you can give all the meaty food away to them and keep all the vegie food to your self or give some away.. so you dont look like a food hog. Thats as best as I casn do..

A nice vegetarian lasagna that you could eat and also offer to your family if they wanted some sounds like a good choice to me.
