why i have elevation in the liver enzymes?

i had discovered by chance that ihave elevation of my liver enzymes alt was 100,ast 70 ,2 monthes ago ,other blood test -ve..bil. ,alkph., ggt., withen normal ,uric acid 8.8mg/dl,u/s normal,no drug history, no family history,no previous medical illness..., please can you help me ?

Your liver is probably inflamed. It could be hepatitis. Get tested and find out for sure. There is treatment. You only have one liver, so find out so you can get it healthy again. Best wishes.
