No. You will not win this potential lawsuit. There is no damage. You could sue, and you would win. But, what would you win? If there are no damages then there is no monetary judgement. You really do not even know if it was filled wrong. I would ask for a copy of the script-or, at least to see it. It could just have easily been written wrong. It's a mistake that was caught before harm was done. I would find out what happened. Either you need to find a new pharmacy or a new doctor. If it was something written wrong and the pharmacist should have notice it, you may be looking for a new both.

It could have been the doctor who wrote the wrong stuff for on the prescription. In this case it would be the doctor's fault.
