"Believe in" leaves wiggle room for doubt. I have no doubt: ghosts exist. Ghosts are simply discarnate beings whose energies have shifted to another dimension that overlaps and connects with our own.

If you mean Ghosts as in "someone who died and is coming back to haunt someone", then no. Maybe you should consider reading the Bible. If you are a good reader, the King James version would be okay. If you don't like to read words that are like:
-Thou
-Thee
-Seest
Then you should read the New International Version. Or, just read the New Testament. It speaks of Ghost called the "Holy Spirit", which is GOD, THE HOLY TRINITY
The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit.
He was his own son.

According to the Bible, the dead are not conscious of anything at all. Therefore, those who appear to be ghosts must be wicked spirit creatures attempting to mislead humans into believing that dead people remain conscious in death.

define ghost
in my experience ghost are only residual energy left over in a place ... a recording of what once was and will eventually play out as more energy is put into that area
they are not spirit
do i believe in them ? ... yes , i have studied them
