Who told you this? I highly suggest you never talk to this person again. I am a professional Chef and this is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Even if there were worms in the meat, which there are not, they would be dead after you cooked it, and in no condition to crawl out. Every animal has to be inspected and graded by the government before it can be sold, and I think that they would catch a worm infested carcass. And what does the Sprite have to do with anything? The idea that this could happen is ridiculous.

First of all...who the hell would think of putting a cooked steak in a bowl of sprite? Second of all...it just seems a little creepy let alone far fetched.
