Hi honey,
I've been there where you are. You really need to talk to someone - a friend or family member or a doctor about what's going on, both in terms of what you're doing and your feelings that are leading you to do this in the first place. Sometimes when you're cutting you can cut deeper than you intended to, especially if you're really angry and get carried away. Please don't go there because the consequences can be awful. At best you'll be scarred for life and at worst it doesn't bear thinking about.
I don't know what it is that's making you feel down now - sometimes just being a teenager can be really stressful. But do remember that even if things feel bleak at the moment you have got your whole life ahead of you and lots of potentially happy times to come.
Sometimes getting out and doing some exercise is good to relieve tension - so maybe try swimming or tennis, whatever you like to do. Also I've found that a healthy diet can also help - I know it sounds boring but cutting down on sugary or junk food and increasing fish and fresh fruit and veg in your diet.
When you feel like cutting - try and distract yourself or do something nice for yourself. Sometimes calling a friend can just make you snap out of that mood. Remind yourself of all your good points. If this doesn't work then some people say crushing ice in your hands can create the same sensation but is not dangerous.
Sometimes when you might feel like cutting its because you feel frustrated that you're not perfect in someway - but remember nobody is and we all have the right to live on this earth and look for happiness and don't deserve to be damaged.
Take Care

come on first and for most stop doing it find out a reason why u r depressed then try and change the situation or leave it to go to dogs. if its Ur boy friend then ditch him out. try meditation every day and relax Ur body. stoop worrying about small things drink lot of water helps u cool down and is good for health. if meditation aint working try speaking to a close friend or Ur parents.if nothing of this works consult a doc.

You need to talk to your parents and get professional help!
The point is to find the SOURCE of the problem and kill it... Some people have chronical depression and there are pills for people with these. It is NOTHING to be ashamed of and remember it is YOUR life, and your life is precious, take great care of yourself, honey!!!

You need to talk with someone, sweetie, and not just online. Go see your guidance councelor at school and tell your parents that you want to go the doctor. Tell your doctor if you can't tell Mom and Dad, and maybe he/she can help you.
I'm thinking of you.

Tell your parents, and if you can't, please consult your counselor or if you have one, a therapist.
