truly married in the eyes of god. who does god say has the right to declare two people married? can anyone declare two people married or does it have to be a preist or pastor? how about a rabbi, or a religious leader from a muslim mosque? who has the right to declare two people married?

I think that when married it is the intentions in your heart and the fact it cannot be kept a secret there must be witness present And God knows all that we say and do. I know there is more to say but that is all I would like to express

It is not religious groups that can determine if people are married, but (sometimes unfortunately) the government controls marriage.
