no that's not right, life started out as a one celled organism, not necessarily an amoeba. and HUMANS were made in the image of GOD, not every living thing.

you're kind of combining two theories into one. Evolution tells us that we started out from nothing. But you see according to God, we didn't come from amoebas; and He would know because He created us. When He created us He didn't make us amoebas, "God created man in His own image......male and female He created them." So, no, God is not one big amoeba.

roflmao. Well, considering that an amoeba isn't the first form of life on earth, and that you wouldn't know even if it was because of the fact that there's no way to preserve it in the rocks for science to know....

....well, I want what you're smoking. It must be some good stuff.

Alright. This question is using two different theories to make a poor conclusion. Either you believe that we were created by God and in his image, or you believe in evolution. There are a few that combine the few, but even on those, we as humans were created in his image. WE are what he wanted to make through evolution, if that's what you are trying to say. Human life was created in his image. Whatever.

Yeah, and my 120 billion cells and 130 trillion chemical/electronic connections called my brain just evolved from that single amoeba...Give me a break!

You're mixing creation with evolution.
In evolution, we might have started as
single celled amoeba, but in creation,
we started as Adam and Eve.
Your hypothesis is faulty, therefore,
your conclusion is faulty.

Life could only of started out a simple organism, over time it would developed into a more complex organism. Multiplying and becoming a hole.

No - life started out as pure energy and still is! No matter what form the energy takes it is and always was pure energy at its finite... therefor God is pure energy.... in ALL its forms!

No, how could He? You apparently don't know the difference between evolution and creationism. You go to college?

Just imagine, if we wern't created in his image, according to him, he might think we were just a bothersome mold to be cleaned out on occassion, so count your blessings.
