Well losing 20 lbs on your frame may be hard. 20lbs might also be too much. To lose weight fast(meaning weeks or months, not days) a good diet with a low amount of carbs i.e. white bread, sweets, sugar soda pop,alcohol etc.. and a good exercise routine with lost of aerobic exercise like running, aerobics class, walking, swimming etc..an hour 4 days a week. Drink lots of water, drink it all day long. You will lose weight doing all these things in conjuction of one another. I hope this helps and have fun doing it. 15 pounds is probably the maximim you want to lose and still be healthy.
You dont need to eat salad's every day.. . and eating too little actually slows your metabolism.
The key is portion control and choosing low calorie foods. There are even chips and such that are 0 fat and low calorie. Balance some lean meats like turkey, on the sara lee bread that is only 70 calories for 2 slices. Mustard, tomato, lettuce, and you have a great low cal sandwich. Add an apple and those low cal chips-- and you have a lunch that is yummy and still weightloss friendly.
Working out kickstarts your metabolism. Drink lots of water (this helps lose weight too!) and work out 5 times a week for 30 minutes. At 5 feet you probably want about 1000 calories to lose weight, so count those cals and dont go over.
Weightwatchers online is AWESOME. You weigh in at home and it helps you track everything.

A good diet is one where you will still get the required amount of the food groups, the food pyramid. Eat whatever you like, but don't go out Binging, The trick is: What calories you take in you must burn off. So if you just at a Big Mac which 35 cal. and a lg. Fry and they are 75 Cal then you would need to burn off a total of 110 Cal. . If you don't eat and start looking anorexic your body start to use it stored fat, so actually you will get fatter before skinner. One last thing: You must be happy for who you are and what you look like, It helps.

Your not really overweight like you said but if you want to lose
more remember all the pills and wonder tonics are pure poo poo.
The only thing that works is calories in calories out, which means eat less exercise more. Food choice should be based on
fat=9 cals, carbs and protein= 4 cals, and alcohol= 7 cals.

A teacher that I had once told me that he lost 35 pounds by eating anything he wanted before noon. Then, you don't eat for the rest of the day. He ate pizza for breakfast and basically stuffed his face until noon each day. The weight came off fast. You are already small, so it will be hard to lose 15-20 lbs. Spin class 2 a week and pilates 2 a week worked for me. Good luck!

Simply eat better food, and less ammounts of that food. Also you NEED to exercise, go out for a mile jog every day at least if you want fast results.

no offense but did you ever see the movie Phat Girls, well just like them, your a skinny ***** lol stop being so worried about your weight, i am 13 and i weight about 50 more pounds than that, there are bettewr things than weight about yourself. when i hear people thgat are skinny say that they are fat, it make me feel bad because i really am fat and i really can't do that much about it, because most likeley i have the same problem my mom does, but teally, your skinny, just love yourself for who u r imma stop talking now because im scaring myself at how nice and speechful i am, that's not me!! But plaese listen to that YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL
