i joined a gym two days ago and have been going morning and night. I would like to continue, but dont know if it is unhealthy for your muscles to exercise 2 times per day. I want to loose 25 pounds ASAP!!

no as long as you are not overdoing it make sure you are replenishing your fluids and eating enough carbs try energy bars and eat (healthy food)

i think that just like veggies, fruit, and water you can almost never get enough. also, athletes train almost all day long especially professional athletes since its their job. so no, twice a day isnt too much. however, it also depends on your body type and daily nutrition. but as long as your healthy and able to handle that amount of exercise along with a sensible diet and plenty of fluids then i think you should be fine. but even athletes needed time, practice, and good advice to transition into their intense exercise routines. if your still unsure then ask a trainer at the gym or your doctor.

No it's not unhealthy.
Just make sure your:
*Drinking half your body weight of oz in water. Example: I'm 110 lb.s so I drink 55 oz of water every day.
*Eating a healthy diet.
&
*Stretching for about 15 minutes before and after your exercise.

It is not good to over excuert yourself. Excersizing twice a day isn't going to help you lose 25 pounds in itself anyways...... You have to find the right diet for you a excerise. Once a day is plenty.
