I believe you can get it just from contact with the skin. If it is a wart down below thats most likely what it is or herpes perhaps. Maybe you should consider getting it checked out.

Of course. Most warts over the arms hands body legs and feet are not due to HPV,

yes, there are many different types of warts, and lots of people get them, especially younger people. They are all caused by a virus though i believe. If it's the non sexual kind you can probably just pick up some over the counter wart remover and be done with it. I had one as a kid on my hand and the stuff got rid of it, and it never came back.

Yes it could be caused by any other virus. If it's bothering you go to your doctor and he/she will get it removed very quickly! By the way, herpes is NOT a possibility if you never had sex.
