a martini is just gin or vodka- on the rocks means with ice put which ever she prefers in a glass with ice and pour just the alcohol into the martini glass- { if she likes them -on the rocks put some ice in the martini glass} if she likes a dry martini put 1/2 shot of vermouth in the glass and swirl it around and dump it out before you add the gin or vodka, add an olive on a drink pick and there you have it

you can make a martini with gin or vodka, you can add vermouth or you can make an apple martini with vodka and apple pucker or a chocolate martini with baileys.

3 oz of gin, or Volka
1 1/2 oz of Vermonth
the way I make it 5 (10 for me) oz of Gin and a spray of Vermonth

mix one part tequila and one part vermouth with a green olive on a tooth pick serve it without ice.
