There is this boy and he has a girlfriend. But I see him constantly staring at me, with these like serious looks. For example, I attended this concert and I decided to just sit down and take a breather and so He’s like sitting two chairs away from me and I am pretty sure he was staring directly at me. What should I do? And does this mean he likes me?

Well, I would say that you should try and hang on there until he doesn't have a girlfriend and then go for it because otherwise it wouldn't be fair to his girlfriend.Don't give up your crush on him though because that wouldn't be fair to yourself.

He probably likes you. You should go up to him and ask.
