Lean protein like water packed tuna or grilled chicken? Make a salad (of course you have fresh veggies, right?)

Pick something low calorie and/or high fiber.

Avoid high calorie vacuums like Cup of Noodles, frozen burritos or individual pizzas!

ya sure but make it healthy and junky like carmel dip from store and apples or peeanut butter and apples it's always better if its balanced and it tastes good too

eat what ever is healthy that is in ure fridge or pantry why are u asking us this anyway it isnt that important and plus the answer is that simple "duh".
