I'm traveling next week (like so many other people), and I was wondering if liquids are or are not allowed on planes still?

It's a long answer on this. But some are allowed and some not. Use common since on this. Can an explosive devices be in it? Then no. Do you need it for the flight? Yes. You can buy drinks after your searched. But they only want you to bring what is safe for all. Thant means pack your makeup in your cases not your carry ons. But you can bring the baby a bottle. If they think your stuff is dangerous they will make you drink it as in milk, or throw it out.

If you have worries about these... what you heard is the fact... and to avoid being checked or being questioned whether you are allowed or not..I would suggest to place liquids stuffs on your check in baggages or finished your drinks before the inspections.. there are coffee shops inside where you can buy water or drinks if you need and while on board, you can take as many drinks as you want..
Just one mistakes of placing liquid on your luggages will cost you time for checking and looking for it while everyone is on line.. As it was posted some don't really make time to check at the second time so they were left behind on line being checked while the others go smoothly..

Liquids for hand carry is not allowed but you can bring in through check-in baggage

I just got back from an airline trip. You can bring liquids as long as you show them to the security people and tell them what it is.

they just cannot be packed in your carry-on. they can go on the plane underneath. well, i know from utah to california it was liek that.
