Claro que estoy bien ¿tú cómo estás?

Oh if the person is Columbian, you can say "usted" instead of "tú".

Use "interpreters" answer - "Claro que estoy bien ¿tú cómo estás?"
You should use "usted" instead of "tú ' when you are speaking to someone you don't know very well, or who is in a position of "respect," or it's a formal statement.

Additions:
For the "Claro" you can also substitute "Por supuesto" like the second answer.
(However, you cannot say "estoy haciendo bien," which means you are performing good deeds.)

claro que estoy bien, como estas tu? here if you say tu, its when you know that person well.

or

claro que estoy bien, como esta usted? here when you say usted you are been polite. now in colombia i notice everybody always says usted when they talk to each other.

in bogota, colombia, which is the capital, they say usted to everybody thats your age, like your friends, between young people. usually when you say usted its when you are talking to an adult. but in bogota, its different even from the rest of the country. they say usted among the young and tu to the adults. which i found it weird when i went because im used to do it the other way around.

find out where in colombia she's from...

and just so you know, its called Colombia and the people are colombians. not columbia.
