It depends. If your Celt has broken the law or the immigration policies involved with Ireland, then yes, he can be extredited. If not and this is just some friend or associate he no longer gets along with, than no.

Is your boyfriend an ILLEGAL immigrant? If he has a valid temporary visa then he has nothing to worry about. If it has expired he should renew it, if he ever gets stopped by any authority agent he will be discovered. As far as someone in Ireland calling to have him deported with little to no information, i don't seriously think they would give it much consideration.

If your boyfriend came to America ILLEGALLY I will help to see that he goes back to Ireland. But if he is here legally there is nothing anyone here or Ireland can do to him. But like I say , if he is here illegally then immigration will get him. It may take awhile but they WILL find him, jail him, then send him back. Lets hope he came here the right way LEGAL//

He has already immigrated, He can only be threatened with deportation. A work or student visa can be revoked, but at this end only if he's violated the conditions. In Ireland, their rules apply . If he's already overstayed his visa, he'd better contact his nearest embassy immediately. Perhaps he can wait there to get it reinstated. Hiding is what makes illegal immigrants so unpopular.

If your boyfriend is here illegally, he is an illegal alien, and I pray immigration does find him, and send him home, until he has waited his turn to be here. Just because you like him doesnt give him more rights than the family in another country who has been waiting 15 years to come to America.
If he's here legally, then hes fine, and don't worry, but sounds to me like he's ILLEGAL, and breaking American laws. GO HOME ILLEGALS.

If he is illegal and whoever back in Ireland knows his location, workplace, and legal status, then INS can find him and deport him(and it would serve him right).
If he's legal, I wouldn't worry about it.
