Nobody needs to die by Napalm. That's one of the worst ways out in my opinion. We do enough damage to our targets with 2000lb guided bombs/missiles with out burning, asphyxiating, and roasting alive the civilians who aren't trying to kill Allied Troops in either Iraq or Afghanistan.
Come on people...get real. Would you really like to see people getting cooked alive on the news? I've been to Iraq twice and I sure as heck don't wish to see people getting cooked alive.

The UN can't stop you. You still have a problem though since there is no Napalm in the US weapons inventory anymore. SO sorry.
