you have to tell them... if you don't, it'll hurt you, and it may end up hurting the other person too...
why waste this one chance at life with being miserable our whole life, go out, try to find happieness... if you love this person, tell him/her...

From a woman who knows....you should ALWAYS tell them. It may be hard and you may be scared, but knowing is better than always wondering. I lost the man I loved a little over a year ago. I never had the chance to tell him how much he meant to me and how much I loved him because he died of a heart attack in his sleep. We were extremely close and I carry the guilt and regret with me each and every single day. Trust me. Tell him!

If you are not sure that he feels the same way you do perhaps your feelings are a little ahead of where the relationship is actually at. Take your time and let him figure out his feelings on his own time table.

You have to take a chance and tell him. If he says he doesn't feel that way about you then atleast you know. You will regret just sitting by and letting him slip away. Just go for it.
