I've been dating this guy for about 6 months. He says that he doesn't think that he will ever get married. He says it's not out of the question though. We are together every day and if we are apart he calls me at least twice a day to tell me he misses me. He always pays when we go out and he's even taken me on a couple of trips. He's introduced me to his family also. I really care about him a lot but at the same time I don't want to waste my time if nothing will ever come of it. My friends think I'm wearing him down and that one day he'll marry me. What do you think?

Maybe, but don't count on it.

The best thing you can do if you want to marry him, is to NOT BRING IT UP. If/when he is ready, he will bring it up. Just enjoy your relationship and let it develop... 6 months is too soon to be thinking about all that anyway. If you love each other, how is that "wasting your time"?
