Some argue the cholesterol issue, but the danger depends on your own risk of high cholesterol. They are yummy, no doubt. I like egg beaters. The southwestern ones have peppers, onions and tomates. I add low fat cheese and it is way easier than making an omelet and just as good.

Thet are high in cholesterol, but how many is too many? Ans don't forget about the ones that you don't see...the ones if your favorite pasteries, meatloaf and other foods that you add eggs to.

I would not say it is bad, but the yolk is not healthy. The egg white is better, the yolk is bad for your cholestral. Use less yolk and more white. Take care.

i believe if you have high choloestrol it can be howveer if you stick to only a few a week cooked you should be fine plus egg whites cotnain no cholestrol anyway only the yolk does

yes to much eggs can be bad for. it also depends how you eat it. if you eat it raw, than yea its bad for you. but, if you eat it cooked it can't be that bad for you.it just depends on how you eat it.
