Do you drink a lot of caffiene? Like coffee or tea or even cola?
Because that can cause a lot of head aches.
Also if you take a lot of Paracetamol tablets, things sometimes makes me hungry, I cannot explain this though sorry lol.
And the only reason I can think of why u get pins and needles in your hand is either because there cold, or you dont move them alot, Contact ya doctor maybe?

Frequent headaches is something that needs to be checked by the doc to determine what is causing your headaches and take care of that. As for the pins and needles in your hands that could be anything but could be carpel tunnel. You need to get all of these things checked out by the doc. Headaches that continue are not something that should be ignored in case it is something more serious than a normal headache.

Are you taking medication? Some medications-particularly anticonvulsants-can block the receptors to the brain that get the message that you are full, cause pins and needles in the hands and feet, and headaches-mainly cluster style headaches. In any case, you need to speak to your GP.
