I have experienced pain in my calfs recently after I have been sitting in a chair or driving for 20 or 30 minutes. It is a little difficult to start walking and then in just a matter of 30 or 40 seconds it feels fine again. I have also been having an almost constant nagging in my lower back and someone told me the calf pain was associated with the lower back pain. If someone has any advice or opinions I am most grateful. Thank you in advance.

Poor blood circulation in your calves are because of diet and the fact that you are not doing enough exercise like walking. If you want to clear up this problem and you have the intestinal fortitude you can go to your local herbal shop and buy some 100,000 heat unit cayenne(chili powder). Put about a half a teaspoon or more or less in a coffee cup of warm water. Put a little on your tongue and wait 5 minutes. By that time your stomache has begun to secrete the acids it needs to break up the cayenne. Do this at least three times a day and in between times eat fruit and drink pure water. In about a week you not only will not have the problem with your legs but you will have infinitely more energy. Good fortune to you whatever you decide to do.

Circulation is being compromised. Could be related to the low back . Try moving your legs while sitting every so often like pointing your toes every 30 seconds. The venous system in the calfs struggle a lot to return blood back to the heart and actually rely on the muscle contractions of lower leg muscle to help move the blood upwards.

A nicely ordinary and doctored exercising is prescribed via Physiotherapists who stress on making the muscle tissues solid via repairing the torn ligaments
