I need someone who knows how you know which words to use when you talk to someone. The words are san, kun, chan, etc. How would you use them when talking to someone? Do they have specific meanings? Please help me. I don't want to sound stupid or offend anyone if I use them.

these are Japanese
San=is at the end of someones name(when u r referring to them)

kun= is the same is San only for boys

Chan= is for little girls or sometimes little boys and also can be used when you are talking to your close friend

japanese:

the -san suffix = ("Mr" or "Ms")
-chan is for a close friend
-kun is for a brother/sister
