It might be a pimple, or a cyst. If it doesn't go away in a couple days or gets too painful, I'd go to the doctors and see if they can "pop" it.

it could be a pimple or a small infection: such as a small cellulite (infection of your skin), folliculitis (an infection where the hair grows) etc. what u can do is clean the area thoroughly w/ hydrogen peroxide and put antibacterial ointment w/ a clean q-tip and cover w/ a clean sterile gauze. do this everyday. if you feel that you are getting a fever and the redness is growing, then definitely go see a doctor.

It's probably a cyst, don't mess with it, go to a dermatologist
