Whats the extension of the files? if they are DXF files mail me and i'll either do it for you or tell you where to get what you need.

Hi,
Try using Cute PDF writer. Its free and does the job. You can download one form here -
http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp

You need to download both - the writer and the converter.
Installing the above software will add a new printer - CutePDF in your printers list. Off you go. Print as you would normally print on a conventional printer.

The above link has useful information on how to install and use.

Alternatively, you can use Adobe Acrobat, but you need to purchase the software for that. I use CutePDF and its the best way of vreating PDF not only from autoCAD, but from any other software such as 3DS MAx, MS Office and so on so forth.

Hope this helps! Cheers!

Yes you can turn them into a PDF. You will need Acrobat Reader which you can download for free at www.adobe.com. Once you have downloaded that you should be able to go to your AutoCAD file and when you select print select the PDF option and it will create the file for you.
