Tricep Kickbacks

Keep the elbow in this position and with your forearm lift the dumbbel up and back behind you and lower (lower just the dumbbell - elbow stays where it is). Do 3 sets of 15 reps on both arms.

Good diet and exercise. You have to lose weight all over to lose the chunky underarms. It is one of the last places to go. You can do arm exercises such as bi-cep and tri-cep work. It will build the muscle under the fat. But if you have other fat on your bosy it won't show too much of an effect until the overall fat amount is gone.

Upper arms are a problem area for average to over-weight women, and like all other parts of your body, the over-all cure for that is cardio cardio cardio.

If you are looking specifically to tone the muscle on the back of your arms, there are a few easy exercises you can do to help..

#1 Tricep chair push-ups -
Sit on a sturdy (and stationary) chair normally, now grip the seat of the chair with your thumbs on the inside of your hands. Walk your feet out in front of you until your bottom is off the seat. Your knees should be slightly bent and your body weight should be in your arms. Bend your elbows, dipping your body towards the floor. Press back to the top. I would suggest 3-4 sets as many as you are comfortable doing.

#2 Wall Push-Offs -
Think of this like a push-up, only easier. Stand with your feet 2-3 feet away from a sturdy wall. Lean towards the wall, and yoru body weight should shift to your arms. Slowly lower yourself toward the wall, then push yourself back away. Again, do as many as you feel comfortable with, and then repeat 2-3 more times.

#3 Diamond push-ups -
Kind of an advanced manuever really, you would get yourself into proper push-up position, then walking your hands together under your chest and placing your index fingers and thumbs together to form the two points of the diamond. Lowering yourself to them and then pushing back up focuses on your triceps and back of your arms.

There's no subsititute for some good old fashioned working out! Good luck!

Not sure. I have tried everything. I go to the gym and I use machines that target under arms and I have elastic bands and I have 1 purple exercise ball to help tone my arms and nothing has helped. I think I have too much loose skin. I am 134 but I used to be 210.
