The Question is great.
In 1936/9 the French and English let Franco take over in Spain with Hitler and Mussolini's support. It kept the Communists out of Europe. It had little strategic consequences.
The choices now are much more serious and the consequences nuclear.
Stay tuned to see the results of the greatest challenge to the worlds future.
Western public opinion has it's head deeply buried in the.........

Ah.... you know the Palestinians never had the Golan Heights and that it belonged to Syria before the Israelis took it in war. The West Bank on the other hand was Jordan's. And Gaza was Egypts.

Now.... in what universe does that give the Palestinians the right to any of that land? They were never a nation. If the land is to be "given back" to anyone, it would be to the nations that lost it to Israel.... when THEY were the aggressors on the attack! Israel beat them back and took the land, which on most historical law makes it fair spoils of war.

The whole question of giving the land up is irrational in light of history. But.... we should ask the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) what will happen since they will be dictating to the president and congress how this thing is supposed to happen.

Since a lot of liberals think that the West is the cause of all misery in the world, Iran and Syria will be able to do nearly anything they want. Iran is on a roll and won't be stopped by any delicate U.N. letters of reprimand, and Syria will be along for the blood-soaked ride.

How far will the West go... they are going to bow down and kiss their feet. We don't have anyone in our country or any other country willing to stand up and put them in their place. We have been letting them get away with murder (literally) because they are "mistreated." So instead to show we are "trustworthy" we start to make accusations and lawsuits against our soldiers fighting our ENEMIES. So why wouldn't we keep on with the appeasement? We have become liberalized, sissified, muted idiots and nobody is willing to say anything to hurt the feelings of the 3rd world. Anything they demand they will get. Tony Blair is already kissing their butts as well as most of the EU (as always).

Knowing Blair and Bush as far as they need to. They will sell Israel down the river. Lets face it they have made the worst judgements that any leaders have for many years.

Once an error is admitted "Invading Iraq cowboy style" you do whatever it takes to correct it. Indeed it's time for the US to just bend over and take it.
I don't know about Syrians but I can guarantee Iranians do it slowly and gently. LOL

there will be peace when America destroys the enemy territory and kills everyone trying to stop the destruction.

THATS the only way to win a war.
