No. I am an adulterous Christian. (divorce, remarriage)

One sins no greater than the other. Let them be.

Clearly one can not be a homo Christian or a pro abortion Christian or a s l u t Christian or a fornicator Christian or a dopehead Christian or a TV watching Christian or participant in the filth of this world Christian. What I really love on these answer pages are all the brain-washed brain-dead imbeciles that say " How can you judge?", or "that's so judgmental" or "you can't judge this or that". It is called discernment, to know right from wrong, if you morons would turn the TV off and try to think it might someday come to you. Materialist fools. Thanks and have a nice day.

God loves gay people; he loves the sinner not the sin. He could be a new Christian. God will deal (convict) with his sexuality when God's timing is right. God will not allow him to continue being gay. If he is a true Christian, one day he will have to choose God or his gay lifestyle.
For example, God does not always deal with people who are new Christians who smoke, drink, or do drugs. But eventually He does because He wants all of our devotion to Him. We have to completely fall in love with Jesus and not things of this world.

Maybe they were just really, really happy. Okay honestly, who are we to judge. If they have a good heart then could be living a christian life outside of the homosexuality and can we decide for God who should be allowed to call themselves whatever they want? I could say I am a large purple platypus and in the scheme of things it would be between me and God to sort it all out in the end would'nt it? Let them be. Follow your walk and let others follow theirs. It does not mean you have to do as they do, nor does it mean you have to like it. But Jesus said you are to love the sinner not the sin, so you do have to just lump it sometimes. Pony up, cowboy we all sin!

I work with a gay Christian. I know it seems to be a mutually exclusive thing but think of when Jesus said: "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." The truth is, we all have sins we are guilty of and need God's forgiveness. Having said that, I think that true repentance should require a turning away of whatever sin you are guilty of.

Oh, I wouldn't sweat it if I were you. There's this painting by Vermeer I like a lot called
' Portrait of an honest man. ' In it you can see he's a type of accountant. There's a slip of paper among the objects on the table and, written in latin, the phrase " Quis Que Redenda ". Meaning: " To each what is owing. "

Your right. What is wrong with people?? That IS ludacrous. How hypocritical!!! Read the bible, people! 1st Corinthians 6:9- "What?! Do you not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God's Kingdom? Do not be mislead. Nor fornicators, nor adulterers...nor men kept for unnattural purposes, nor men who lie with men...will inherit God's kingdom."
So if your argument is "God loves everyone!"- your right. he does- HOWEVER- the bible says that God does not change!(Malachi 3:6) He feels the same way about things today as he did yesterday, 100 years ago, and 1 million years ago. GET OVER IT, PEOPLE!

To add, it's not only homosexuals. Let not a man take one part of the bible and judge someone else when he is sinning himself. Don't get it twisted, folks. 1Corinth. 6:9,10 also lists fornnicators, adulterers, idolators, drunkards, revilers, and extortioners-among many. So don't think that because you aren't gay, you in the clear and OK. The bible lists several people who aren't going to inherit that kingdom of God b/c of their actions.

While there are many homosexual Christians, the use of the term "gay" would imply that the person is still "practicing". no one can come to God in The Way God proscribes and still have the intentent to continue in the sin, whatever that sin might be, they are seeking forgivness for. Unless there is genuine repentence there is no Salvation...thus the one seeking is not a Christian... to say one can remain"gay", thus inplying that the homosexual acts are still being commited, and become a Christian. To be a Christian is to be one who has repented of their sin and come to God as He proscribes. God will not grant Salvation to a sinner who asks claiming to be repentant and has no intent to give up the sin.... homosexual or any other sinful acts.

It is the homosexual acts that are the abomination, not the homosexual.

Every one has their own issue to deal with.I think it is the church's fault for not teaching ( I can't find the new testament verse right now) such as Leviticus20:13. If the church was to teach( I do not choose to use preach because they are suppose to be teaching) such verses and help a person to change their mindset from wordly thinking(which is satan) to Godly thinking then people I feel would choose different. Now whatever our sins and we all have them I believe you are "christan' if you believe in God. Besides we're not to judge He is! I have met people in my path of life who are gay and I ,upon being asked, tell them I don't agree with their choice of being gay and using scripture as listed above explain why. They are still my brother and sisters in Christ and I pray for them to understand.

Guess what? There are other Christians in the world besides you and your extremely narrow beliefs.

Mormons even call themselves Christians...but they have different beliefs than you.

Each church has it's own ideas and beliefs. Just because it differs from your tiny section of Christianity, doesn't make it any less Christian.

Personally, I think that the hypocrisy involved with MOST (not all) people in your religion is nauseating, and should be an abomination.

a true abomination would be someone who judges and condemns others. Keep telling your fellow Christians who is a true Christian and who isn't. I'm sure God gets a kick out of your over-inflated ego
